Summary

The Export Details tab only applies if you are using Dataline. A file or files are created for Dataline to import containing employee details, for example card number and employee name.

Fields

Can export:

Select Yes if you are using Dataline.

Local export path:

The path in which the export file will be created. Confirm with your Dataline installer.

Employee export query:

Select an employee query to limit the export file to include only employees who use Dataline.

Export extra information:

Select 'T+A' to export T&A data between the dates specified in the Export relative from date and Export relative to date fields.

Export relative from date, Export relative to date:

Enter the applicable dates.

Last export date:

A system generated date which is updated each time the clock file is exported.
