Summary |
The serial number embeds a client's company name and identifier, the modules used, and metered payment details if applicable. |
Changing Serial Numbers |
You will need a new serial number if you change your company name, your modules, your metered pricing details, or if you upgrade PayGlobal. Serial numbers are set in Modify Company Settings. |
Troubleshooting |
Serial numbers are case-sensitive. Always check that you use the correct case when entering a serial number into PayGlobal. |
