Company Settings - Secured Modules

Administration | Modify Company Settings command | General | Features | Secured Modules tab

Fields
Company serial number:

This case-sensitive serial number is related to your company name and identifier, the modules you use, and your metered payment details (if applicable).

The company serial number enables or disables the PayGlobal modules that you have purchased. You would need a new serial number if you change your company name, modules or metered pricing details.

Serial numbers are case-sensitive. If you encounter problems opening a PayGlobal module, then check that you have entered the serial number with the correct case.

Client number:

Every PayGlobal client has a unique client number that is used to generate a valid serial number. The client number is supplied by your PayGlobal consultant.

PayGlobal Bank account:

This information is used for metered payments. Your PayGlobal consultant will supply a Bank account number if you have purchased a metered PayGlobal system. The Bank account number is specific to the type of metering option you have purchased.

Modules

A valid PayGlobal serial number activates the PayGlobal modules that you have purchased. The modules that you have purchased are also displayed on the Modules toolbar in the main menu.

Expiry Date:

Expiry date for your PayGlobal software. The expiry date helps to ensure that you are up to date with the latest legislation and enhancements.
