Summary

Before you can use Self-Service, your PayGlobal serial number must include licensing for the Self-Service module.

Licensing

When you are licensed to use Self-Service, the Self-Service module appears on the Modules toolbar in PayGlobal.

If you are not licensed to use Self-Service, then:

• The Set Self-Service Passwords command is hidden in the PayGlobal Tree and the Global List.
• The Employees - Self-Service tab is hidden.
• On the Document View - Document Settings form, the Publish to Self-Service check box is disabled. If this check box was checked before it was disabled, then it will remain checked (and disabled), but the document will not be published to Self-Service.

If you are not licensed to use Self-Service or your license has expired, then users will see the following message when they attempt to log on to Self-Service:
Sorry, you cannot log on due to licensing issues. Please ask your HR department to contact Customer Support.
