Company Settings - General Modules

Summary

You can use these fields enable or disable PayGlobal features such as Synchronisation, Messaging and Reporting.

Note: If you change any of these settings, then you must restart PayGlobal for your new settings to take effect.

Fields
Synchronisation:

Select No to hide the Administration | Synchronisations folder.

Messaging:

Select No to hide the Administration | Messaging folder and the Local Folders folder.

Reporting:

Select No to hide the Reports, SpreadSheets and Workflows folders.

Participate in surveys:

Select No to disable the ability for users to participate in the PayGlobal NPS survey.

Workforce Management - Status:

Displays "INTEGRATED" if an API Key has been installed for Workforce Management to communicated with PayGlobal, irrespective of whether a start date has been filled in.

Displays "NOT INTEGRATED" if an API Key has not been installed for Workforce Management to communicated with PayGlobal, irrespective of whether a start date has been filled in.

Workforce Management - Start date (fully featured) :

Two types of Workforce Management integration are available with PayGlobal, fully featured or a stand-alone onboarding option. The latter option allows Workforce Management to purely send new employee data to PayGlobal, creating an employee in the process, with no further Workforce Management interaction carried out.

If a date is entered here, then this will be when fully featured workforce management integration with PayGlobal is effective from.

If no date is present or a date later than today's date is present, then fully featured workforce management integration is currently disabled.

ESS Employee MFA - MFA Start date :

Displays the date when two-factor authentication was enabled for employee login in Self-Service. This field is read-only.

Options:

Generally left blank. PayGlobal developers use this field to enable beta functionality or debug flags. It is also used to enable company-specific features or to change performance settings.
