Reports

Summary

Reports are an important part of PayGlobal. They enable you to clearly display and file information outside the PayGlobal database.

PayGlobal has three types of reports:

  • Grid Reports

    You can generate a grid report for any entity or makeup table in the PayGlobal grid. Report options allow you to format the report and send it to either a printer, the Inbox or to file. Grid reports are useful for producing quick reports that are based on the current grid layout.

  • Standard Reports

    PayGlobal has a large collection of standard reports that were specifically developed to accommodate industry or company standards. Standard reports are grouped according to their function. They include Transaction, Cost Analysis, General Ledger, Taxation, Employee Earnings, Master File, Leave, Audit, and Transaction History reports. Standard and report designer blueprints are available in Report Definitions. You can use specific settings in the Report Groups entity to further define standard reports.

  • Designer Reports

    Designer reports are based on the needs of your organisation. Extra costs may be incurred to develop a designer report. See your PayGlobal Consultant for further information.
