Summary

This is Step 3 of the Synchronisation Process.

The Import Files command takes all data from the filename and path that has been defined in the Synchronisation - Details tab and creates new data based on the fields defined in the Synchronisation - Fields tab.

Troubleshooting

If a progress indicator does not appear after you have double-clicked the Import Files command, ensure that all filenames and paths match the files in your PayGlobal Import Files folder, and try again.
