Payroll liabilities are the nett outstanding dollars/nett accrued dollars or total dollars owed to an employee. They accumulate over time. The Refresh Liabilities command updates the liability dollar values for:

You can see the liability owing to an employee by navigating to Employees | Payroll | Leave | Annual Leave or Sick Leave. |

Troubleshooting |
If an employee is complaining that their annual leave or sick leave totals are incorrect, it may be because a PayGlobal user has changed a field in the leave tables and has not refreshed liabilities. You will need to double-click the Refresh Liabilities command to recalculate the liabilities in leave tables. |
