Daily View - Customise - Layout Options - Colours

Summary

The Colours tab allows you to specify the colours that the current view uses for certain types of cells.

Fields
Weekends:
  • Yes - Daily View will display cell text for Saturdays and Sundays in the colour that you select. Set the foreground (FG) by clicking a palette colour with your left mouse button.
  • No - Daily View will display cell text for Saturdays and Sundays in the default colour (blue).
Holidays:
  • Yes - Daily View will display cell text for public holidays in the colour that you select. Set the foreground (FG) by clicking a palette colour with your left mouse button.
  • No - Daily View will display cell text for public holidays in the default colour (black).
Confirmation:
  • Yes - Daily View will highlight confirmed cells in the colour that you select. Set the background (BG) by clicking a palette colour with your right mouse button. Move the brightness trackbar to the left (brighter) or right (dimmer) as required.
  • No - The selected cells will not be highlighted.
Selected:
  • Yes - Daily View will highlight selected cells in the colour that you select. Set the background (BG) by clicking a palette colour with your right mouse button. Move the brightness trackbar to the left (brighter) or right (dimmer) as required.
  • No - The selected cells will not be highlighted.
View:

Select Actuals, Availability, CrossOver or Roster.

Background:
  • Yes - Daily View will highlight Actuals, Availability, CrossOver or Roster cells in the colour that you select. Set the background (BG) by clicking a palette colour with your right mouse button. Move the brightness trackbar to the left (brighter) or right (dimmer) as required.
  • No - The selected cells will not be highlighted.

Save your layout

When you finish customising your layout, you must use File | Save Layout As to save your settings. Your most recently saved layout becomes the default layout, and you will see it whenever you access this window. If you do not Save Layout As, then your changes will be lost when you exit or apply another layout.
