Summary |
The Details tab allows you to control the type of data displayed in Daily View. |
Fields |
Show null drilldown rows:
Show transaction summary:
Show clock summary:Yes/No field that determines whether the Drill Down header displays clock transaction summary information. Navigation arrows control:The option that you select determines whether clicking the navigation buttons moves Daily View data in Days/Weeks or Weeks/Terms. Synchronise dates with periods:Yes/No field that determines whether Daily View synchronises the start of the displayed week with the pay period calendar. NOW-time adjustment(mins):This field is displayed only if NOW-button = 'Yes' in Company Settings - Rostering - General. If NOW-button = 'Yes' in Company Settings, then PayGlobal displays a NOW button on Roster timeband forms. If you click in the Start time or End time fields and then click NOW, PayGlobal enters the current server time. However, if your current server time does not reflect the 'real' time, you can enter an appropriate minute adjustment value in the NOW–time adjustment (mins) field. For example, if your server time is 12:00 and NOW–time adjustment (mins) = 60, then PayGlobal will enter 13:00 when you click the NOW button. Cache level:This field determines how rapidly PayGlobal can process large volumes of data in a single data set, such as a date range.
Background calculations:
Direct edit:Yes/No field that determines whether you can directly edit a cell in Employee View or Drill Down.
Display messages:Determines whether PayGlobal displays the Messages area on the left or the bottom of the Daily View window. Auto save:Yes/No field that determines whether PayGlobal automatically saves your changes in the following situations:
Auto refresh after save:Yes/No field that determines whether PayGlobal automatically refreshes the Daily View window after you save changes. Save prompt after (mins):At set intervals, PayGlobal can prompt you to manually save your changes or it can automatically save your changes. Enter a minutes value (minimum 10 minutes) to set the interval length. The Auto save field determines whether the save is manual or automatic. |
Save your layout |
When you finish customising your layout, you must use File | Save Layout As to save your settings. Your most recently saved layout becomes the default layout, and you will see it whenever you access this window. If you do not Save Layout As, then your changes will be lost when you exit or apply another layout. |
