Summary

The Edit menu contains options for changing data in your current view.

Options

Undo:

Reverses the previous unsaved change to your view data. You cannot "undo" changes after you save them to the database.
Shortcut key = Ctrl+Z.

Cut:

Removes the selected data (such as timebands) from Daily View to the clipboard.
Shortcut key = Ctrl+X.

Copy:

Copies the selected data (such as timebands) from Daily View to the clipboard.
Shortcut key = Ctrl+C.

Paste:

Enabled after you use Cut or Copy. Inserts the contents of the clipboard at the insertion point and replaces any selection.
Shortcut key = Ctrl+V.

Delete:

Removes selected data from your current view.
Shortcut key = Delete.

Confirm:

When you confirm employee Actuals, you are adding a visual indicator to show that these timebands are correct and complete. The type of highlighting that PayGlobal uses for confirmed timebands is determined by the customisation options that you set up.

Unconfirm:

If you have confirmed employee Actuals, then you must unconfirm them before you can successfully edit them.

Refresh:

Refreshes the data displayed in your current view. Sourced from changes saved to the database.
Shortcut key = F5.
