Summary |
Clock Result Data produces an EF (early finish) clock result when an employee's clock end time is before their Roster end time, and outside the anchoring range. For example, an employee clocks out at 16:00, but they are rostered to work until 17:00. PayGlobal creates an extra timeband for the period between the employee's Actual end time and their Roster end time, and flags the timeband as an early finish (EF). Note: If an employee has multiple shifts in one day, then PayGlobal applies the flag to the whole day; not to individual shifts. |
