EF - Early Finish

Daily View

Summary

Clock Result Data produces an EF (early finish) clock result when an employee's clock end time is before their Roster end time, and outside the anchoring range. For example, an employee clocks out at 16:00, but they are rostered to work until 17:00. PayGlobal creates an extra timeband for the period between the employee's Actual end time and their Roster end time, and flags the timeband as an early finish (EF).

Note: If an employee has multiple shifts in one day, then PayGlobal applies the flag to the whole day; not to individual shifts.

Remove result flag

If the employee should be paid for the unworked time, then remove the EF result flag:

  1. In Employee View Details, double-click the EF timeband to open it.
  2. Click OK.

Remove timeband

If the employee should not be paid for the unworked time, then remove the extra timeband:

  1. In Employee View Details, click a cell in the flagged day.
  2. In Drill Down, click the extra EF timeband.
  3. Press Delete.
