PayGlobal can record additional information for competencies that an employee has.

Fields

The fields on this tab page are optional.

After you attach a competency to an employee record, you can use this page to edit the details about the competency for this employee.

Competency Standard:

The competency that this record relates to.

Status:

This field is used for Performance Management planning and assessment. It describes the current status of an employee competency.

  • Planned

    Describes the place of a competency in an employee's Performance Plan.

  • In Development

    The employee is learning and gaining experience with this competency.

  • Provisional

    This competency is provisionally granted to an employee.

  • Credited

    The employee is granted fully with this competency.

Level:

Grants a numerical value (from 0 to 9) for a competency, enabling you to specify a hierarchical table of competencies.

Responsibility:

Records who is responsible for the learning and attainment of a competency.
The options are:

  • Self
  • Department
  • Company.
