The fields on this tab page are optional. After you attach a competency to an employee record, you can use this page to edit the details about the competency for this employee. Competency Standard:The competency that this record relates to. Status:This field is used for Performance Management planning and assessment. It describes the current status of an employee competency.
Level:Grants a numerical value (from 0 to 9) for a competency, enabling you to specify a hierarchical table of competencies. Responsibility:Records who is responsible for the learning and attainment of a competency.
