The Competency Dates tab page records time frames associated with employees acquiring competencies.

Fields

The following fields are optional:

Date acquired:

The date that an employee is formally credited with a competency.

How acquired:

The method that an employee uses to gain a competency.

Review date:

The date that the competency is reviewed.

Target date:

The date by which this competency is expected to be attained.

Expiry date:

The date that this competency will expire.
