Employee Contracts - Details

Fields

Important: Adding or changing data here will not update the Human Resources contracts entity. However, if changes are made in the contracts entity to an employment contract, they will also change in the employees entity (here).

Contract:

Employment contract that an employee belongs to.

Employees are normally attached to contracts on the Contracts - Employees page.

Effective from and to date:

Start and end date of an employment contract for this employee.

Date sent out:

Date the contract was sent to the employee.

Effective returned:

Date the contract was received from the employee.

Contract status:

Until a contract is completed and signed by all parties, it could be in any one of several states. For example, the employee could have made changes to the contract and legal advice needs to be obtained, or the contract could be lost.
