Assessment Type Code:Medical Assessment that you want to record. For example, a pre-employment physical assessment, or annual eyesight and hearing tests. Scheduled assessment date:The scheduled date of the assessment. You can use the Employee Details Medical Assessments Makeup table to periodically run a report to alert you of upcoming assessments. Actual assessment date:Actual date of the assessment. Medical result:Enter a short text-based description of the result of the assessment, such as 'Pass' or 'Fail'. You can enter more detailed information on the Notes and Documents tab pages. |
