Summary |
Medical Assessments are often used as a baseline for monitoring any future deterioration of an employee's medical condition. Organisations can also require employee's to have annual sight and hearing tests, for example in environments where noise is identified as a hazard. Deterioration can result in remedial action being taken. |
Procedure |
To add a Medical Assessments record, switch to Edit mode and press Insert. The Employee Medical Assessments - Details tab appears. |

A summary of the Medical Assessments for all employees is displayed in the Employee Medical Assessments makeup table. |
