Summary |
Bonuses and share issues often constitute part of an employee's remuneration package. PayGlobal can also record stock options that are offered on an ad hoc basis, rather than as part of a remuneration package. The Share Issues tab page displays the offer and acceptance of any share issues that an employee is eligible for. |

Issue Code:Share Issue Group for an employee for a share issue. Date offered:Date of offer of issue to qualifying employees. Offered:Offer of Share Issue to an employee. Accepted:Acceptance of Share Issue by an employee. Shares:Number of shares applicable to an employee. Benefit value:Benefit value of shares at issue date in dollars. The benefit value is the number of shares purchased multiplied by the rate. FBT amount:FBT dollar value based on benefit value. |
