Creating Results from Payroll Rules |
Each Payroll Rule contains an Action Clause tab page. To create a Result in the employee record (here), a Payroll Rule must contain at least one of the following clauses:

Pay Sequence:The pay sequence the result relates to. Result Date:The end date of the pay sequence the result relates to. Result Description:A description of the Result that you have specified in the Payroll Rule. Result Legend:The legend of the Result specified in the Payroll Rule. Payroll Rule Code:The code of the Payroll Rule that created the payment and/or Warning. Critical:The Payroll Rule can be configured to create a Result or a Critical Result.
User Name:Auto-generated by PayGlobal. The user that processed the pay sequence. Change Date:Auto-generated by PayGlobal. The date that the pay sequence was changed. |
