Summary

The Results tab stores messages/warnings that have been generated from processing of the employee's pay. Results are created from Payroll Rules.

Creating Results from Payroll Rules

Each Payroll Rule contains an Action Clause tab page. To create a Result in the employee record (here), a Payroll Rule must contain at least one of the following clauses:

  • Create Result
  • Create Critical Result

Fields
Pay Sequence:

The pay sequence the result relates to.

Result Date:

The end date of the pay sequence the result relates to.

Result Description:

A description of the Result that you have specified in the Payroll Rule.

Result Legend:

The legend of the Result specified in the Payroll Rule.

Payroll Rule Code:

The code of the Payroll Rule that created the payment and/or Warning.

Critical:

The Payroll Rule can be configured to create a Result or a Critical Result.

  • Result = No
  • Critical Result = Yes
User Name:

Auto-generated by PayGlobal. The user that processed the pay sequence.

Change Date:

Auto-generated by PayGlobal. The date that the pay sequence was changed.
