Summary

This tab page breaks an Employee Tour down to specifics. This breakdown is optional.

If the Tour is being worked by the employee in their default Position this field should be empty. All other fields on the Activities tab should be left empty.

Complete the fields on this tab page only if they are applicable.

Fields
Position:

The Position that an employee occupies in an organisation. For example, 'Checkout Operator' or 'Driver'.

Task:

Use this field if using the PayGlobal CRM package in conjunction with Rostering. This could be used if, for example, a client is being charged for work by the employee during the Rostering period. See Tasks for further information.

Shift:

A Shift is a set period of time. For example, 'Day - 08:00 to 17:00'. It acts as a template for employee times.

Shift Group:

The Shift Group used for an Employee Tour.
