Summary

The Example Designer GL Export report is a variation on PGPRGENE002, but is a designer report that you can customise as required. It is based on the Virtual general ledger table that compiles information from various PayGlobal tables.

This report contains the following details:

GL code
GL description
Credit
Debit
Total.

Report Settings

Use the Edit Report Settings option from the right-click menu to set criteria for this report.

Details tab

Wage Accrual:

Select Yes or No.

Total Days:

Number of days in a period before wage accrual comes into effect.

Accrue Days:

Number of days to accrue when wage accrual occurs.

Reversal:

To help in reversing a GL export when redressing any balancing issues, select Yes in this field for PayGlobal to change all positive values to negative, and vice versa.
