Reports | Report Groups | PGPRPRIM | PGPRPRIM903/906 - A4 Designer Payslip
Summary |
The A4 Designer Payslip report is a variation of PGPRPRIM003 that you can customise. The A4 Designer Payslip report is based on the VirtualPayslip table that draws information from various tables in the PayGlobal database. Note: The PGPRPRIM906 supersedes the PGPRPRIM903. Functionality remains the same, however the underlying framework has been updated. In New Zealand databases, Annual Leave - Outstanding (or equivalent allowance description) shows annual leave that was taken or paid out |
Payroll Giving |
For New Zealand databases:
Important: These Payroll Giving changes do not directly affect existing customised copies of this report. If you want to use these Payroll Giving changes in your customised reports, then you need to edit the report definitions or request Professional Services assistance. |
Report Settings |
Use the Message fields to display up to four messages. Use the Virtual Payslip tab in Report Settings to display the required level of detail. You can set Consolidate rate/code only = Yes to consolidate allowances or deductions with the same codes on the payslip. If an allowance or deduction code occurs many times in a pay sequence, then the A4 Designer Payslip will show only one consolidated total for that code. If the factor differs, then the report will still consolidate the code. If the rates differ, then the codes will not be consolidated. You can set Consolidate transaction factor = Yes to consolidate allowances with different factors. The report displays all deductions on the payslip regardless of the records that you have selected on the Deductions tab. |
Annual Leave Payouts (NZ) |
In New Zealand databases, Annual Leave - Outstanding (or equivalent allowance description) shows annual leave that was taken or paid out. Edit your report definitions to ensure that the VirtualPayslip fields TaxableTrText1 to TaxableTrText10 are included in your payslip template. This setting will display the annual leave entitlement year that the payout was made in. This information was written to the transaction Text tab when you closed the pay. |
Social Responsibility Tax (SRT) and Environment Climate Adaptation Levy (ECAL) (Fiji) |
SRT and ECAL are now included as separate entries in the Deductions section. This means PAYE is now only PAYE and not PAYE and SRT combined. YTD SRT and YTD ECAL are now available as separate components for use. YTD PAYE will then only report PAYE and not PAYE and SRT combined. These will not directly affect existing customised copies of this report. Note: If you want to use these YTD ECAL and YTD SRT changes in your customised reports, then you need to edit the report definitions or request Professional Services assistance.
