Summary

The Cost Centre Analysis report contains the following information for each cost centre:

• Cost centre description and code
• Ordinary hours (quantity and value)
• Overtime (quantity and value)
• Hours (quantity and value)
• Non-paying Allowances (value)
• Paying Allowances (value)
• Total amount of all allowances.

  Important: You can run this report on closed or purged pay sequences only.

Report Settings

You usually run this report by Pay Sequence, but other options are available. If you run this report by Period Range, then it will return all transactions from all pay sequences with period end dates in that range.

The Show Detail field has the following options:

• Yes - Display transactions by employees and then by cost centres
• No - Display transactions by cost centres only.

The Include Non-Paying Allowances field has the following options:

• Yes - Include the Non-paying Allowances column
• No - Do not include the Non-paying Allowances Column.

Use the Query tab to define one or more cost centres or departments.
