Summary

The Long Service Leave History report contains the following information for long service leave:

• Employee name and code
• Department
• Pay sequence
• Leave start and end dates
• Unit type
• Units taken and paid
• Unit rate

  Important: You can run this report on closed or purged pays only.

Settings

You would usually run this report by pay sequence. If you run it by date range, then it will return long service leave transactions from all pay sequences with period end dates in that range.

You can sort this report to four levels and most of the sorting options are employee-related. Select the Show Detail Band checkbox to display employee names. This report is usually sorted by department.
