Summary

The user’s Security Profile must be attached to their User Profile otherwise most of the Document View functionality will be disabled.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Administration | Security | User Profiles.
2. Double-click the required security profile.

   The View User Profiles | Details tab appears.

3. Click Edit.
4. In the Security Profile field, ensure that the user’s Security Profile is selected.

   

5. Click Save + Close.
