Change in Days

Affect on Roster

Days are created:

• New Course record is saved
• Course Number of days is changed and record is saved
• Days are copied from the Course type record using the Copy Default command.

Delete rosters for all attendees for all days in the course.

Add new rosters for all attendees for all days in the course.

Replicate day

Delete the roster for all attendees on the day that is overwritten (replicated to).

Add a new roster for all attendees for the day that has changed.

Add day

Delete and then add rosters for all attendees for all days being copied down.

Delete roster for all attendees for day that is cleared.

Delete day

Delete and then add rosters for all attendees for all days being copied up.

Delete roster for all attendees for the last day that is cleared.

Change course Begin date.

Delete and then add rosters for all attendees for all days in the course.

Set Update attendees' roster to Yes (new or existing Course record).

Add rosters for all attendees for all days in the course.

Edit existing Course.

Change Update attendees' roster to No.

Delete rosters for all attendees for all days in the course.

Use Copy Defaults to copy defaults from Course type.
Update attendee's roster = No.

Delete rosters for all attendees for all days in the course.

Model Update attendees' roster field to other courses.

Update attendee's roster = Yes.

For each course that you are modelling to, add rosters for all attendees for all days.

Model Update attendees' roster field to other courses.

Update attendee's roster = No.

For each course that you are modelling to, delete rosters for all attendees for all days.

Model course Begin date to other courses.

For each course that you are modelling to, delete and then add rosters for all attendees for all days in the course.

Model any field in a course day to other course days.

For example: Date, Start time, End time.

For each course day that you are modelling to, delete and then add rosters for all attendees for the day.

Saving a course day record.

Delete and then add rosters for all attendees for the day that was edited.
