If the Roster period and/or Actuals period are already open (or closed), then any course dates in the open period are not updated in the employee's roster. The audit log shows the changes that are made.

For example:

• The following course days are set up: 29/07/2006, 30/07/2006, 31/07/2006, 01/08/2006, 02/08/2006.
• The roster is already open for 24/07/2006 - 30/07/2006.

The attendee's roster is not updated for 29/07/2006 and 30/07/2006 because the roster is open for these days.

The audit log below shows the changes that were made.

Note: If the Roster period and/or Actuals period are already open for the day, then the audit log lists the employees that are affected and the timeband details that were entered for them. This information can then be used to manually update the rosters.
