Summary

Note: Copy Scenario to Roster is available only if you use the Labour Budgeting module.

Roster scenarios allow you to change and process a roster as many times as you want without changing the actual roster. When you achieve the desired outcome, you can copy the best roster scenario back into the live database.

Procedure

1. In the main menu, click Tools | Copy Scenario to Roster.

   The Copy Scenario to Roster | Details tab appears.

2. Select the dates for the roster.
3. In the Roster Scenario pick list, click the Roster Scenario record that you want to use.
4. In the Overwrite existing combo box, click Yes to overwrite the roster.
5. Click OK to copy the roster scenario over the live roster.
