Summary

Note: Copy Roster to Scenario is available only if you use the Labour Budgeting module.

This option allows you to copy your existing roster from the default timebands into a roster scenario.

Procedure

1. In Employee View, select the roster cells that you want to copy.
2. In the main menu, click Tools | Copy Roster to Scenario.

   The Copy Roster to Scenario | Details tab appears.

3. Select the dates for the roster.
4. In the Roster Scenario pick list, click the Roster Scenario that you want to use.
5. In the Overwrite existing combo box, click Yes to overwrite the existing scenario.
6. Click OK to use the roster scenario.
