Summary

When you select an employee in Employee View, their transaction details for the period (or periods) are displayed in the Drill Down columns. For example, the cost centre, quantity, rate amount and total for each transaction.

The Drill Down header contains:

• A transaction summary for the employee.
• The Drill Down toolbar.

The main menu view options allow you to change the type of information displayed in the Drill Down area and header.

Transaction summary

The transaction summary contains the employee's transaction and hours values for the pay sequences displayed:

• Gross
  Employee's gross pay.
• Tax
  Tax on gross pay.
• Nett
  Employee's nett pay.
• [Direct Credit]
  Employee's payment method.
• Days
  Number of days worked.
• Ord
  Number of ordinary hours worked.
• OT
  Number of overtime hours worked.
• Total
  Total hours worked plus sick leave hours.
