Summary

The File menu contains options for managing changes to your current view data.

Options

Save:

When you finish editing your data, click File | Save to save your changes to the database. To ensure a high level of performance, PayGlobal changes the database only when you save your changes. It does not save your changes as you edit the data. The Save option is active only after you make changes.
Shortcut key = Ctrl+S.

Save Layout As:

When you finish customising your layout, click File | Save Layout As. Your most recently saved layout becomes the default layout, and you will see it whenever you access this window.

SpreadSheet options:

Currently, no generic SpreadSheets exist for this view, so you cannot use these options.

Exit:

To exit and return to the main PayGlobal window, click File | Exit. An exit Confirm message appears with the following options:

• Yes - Exit.
• Cancel - Return to your current view.

If you to try exit Transaction View without saving your changes, then a Warning message appears with the following options:

• Yes - Save your changes.
• No - Do not save your changes.
• Cancel - Do not save your changes.
