Features |
The following example shows the main features of the History Analysis window. |
|
Main menu - File |
Save Layout (Ctrl +S):Customise your History Analysis window and then save the layout. Exit:Close the History Analysis window. |
Toolbars |
The History Analysis window contains the Style toolbar and the Grid toolbar (see History Analysis Toolbars). |
Grouping area |
If you drag-and-drop a column header into the Grouping area, then PayGlobal groups the employee’s transactions by that criteria. You can then drag-and-drop other column headers to create sub-groups. In the above example, transactions are grouped by Sort (such as 1. Taxable Allowances) and then by Code (such as 011). |
Column headers |
The column headers indicate the aspect of the transaction that is displayed the column. Column headers have the following functions:
|
Grid |
The grid displays transaction details in cells. If you select an entity cell, such as Cost Centre Code, and press Ctrl+Enter, then you can ‘jump’ to the entity record. |
Totals |
The totals reflect the grouping. The above example has totals for Code, Sort, and all allowance transactions. |
Leave Calendar |
The Leave Calendar is a useful reference tool that displays employee leave in a yearly calendar. |
