History Analysis - Security

Summary

Access to History Analysis is determined by the user’s Security Profiles settings.

Access levels

In Security Profiles, View History Analysis has the following Access Level options:

  • Edit

    Default setting. User can access History Analysis.

  • View

    User can access History Analysis.

    Note: The Edit and View settings give equivalent access rights to History Analysis because you can never edit the values displayed in History Analysis.

  • None

    User cannot access History Analysis because all View History Analysis options are hidden or disabled.

Procedure
  1. Navigate to Administration | Security | Security Profiles.
  2. Double-click the user’s Security Profile record.
  3. Click View History Analysis.
  4. In the Access Level field, select the required access level.
  5. Click Save + Close.

    Note: Any changes you make to the user's security profile will not take effect until the next time the user logs on to PayGlobal.
