Summary |
Often, an organisation's discount card policy dictates that there are three types of discount card - the Employee Card, a Supplementary Card and an External Company Card. You need to create cardholder relationship records for each type of discount card. The eligibility criteria for each type of card may be different, for example, an employee might be able to hold one Employee Card and two Supplementary Cards, whereas the store itself may be able to hold five Store Cards, which are assigned to departmental managers. This number is stored in the Max quantity field. |
