Employee Issued Items - Issue Details

Fields
Item:

The item that is issued to an employee. An item can be set up in Issuable Items to automatically generate an item identification either incrementally or by algorithm.

Item ID:

Item ID or identifier, such as serial number, or perhaps a cellphone number.

To automatically generate the next item identification number:

  1. Enter a number in this field. For example, ' 25559405 '.
  2. Enter '*' after this number.

    PayGlobal then generates a new number according to the settings in the Issuable Items record.

Quantity:

The number of items issued to an employee.

Issue condition:

The condition the item is in when it is issued.

Date issued:

The date an item is issued to an employee.

Saving the record

Automatic validation of the item identification number occurs when PayGlobal saves a record here. PayGlobal posts an alert if the identification number is invalid. You will be unable to proceed with an invalid number.
