Summary

This tab page displays:

• Each warning that is issued with regard to disciplinary action for an employee. Warnings may be verbal, written or final, resulting in dismissal.
• The initiator of each warning.
• The date that each warning was given.
• The expiry date for a probationary period, if set.
• Whether the subject of disciplinary action is represented (for example, by a bargaining agent or legal counsel) when a warning is given.

Details are added in the Discipline Warnings form. Click Edit | Add or Edit to reach this form.

Viewing all warnings

The Discipline Warnings makeup table displays a summary of each warning that has been issued to employees in an organisation.
