Warning Type:Compulsory. This field categorises the warning so that you can track whether it is an isolated warning or has been repeated. A final warning type will result in dismissal. Initiator:The employee issuing the warning. Date given:Compulsory. The date the warning was given to the subject of disciplinary action. Expiry date:Sometimes a probationary period is granted to the subject of disciplinary action. For example, in the case of continual lateness, the employee may be given a period of one month to sort out the lateness problem before further action is taken. The expiry date is the date that the warning will be withdrawn if the employee’s performance and behaviour shows the required improvement. Represented:Select Yes if the subject of disciplinary action is represented by an agent. Agent details are specified in the Representative and Rep Contact Details tab pages. |
