Summary

In the event of disciplinary action, an organisation may appoint a representative to deal with proceedings. The representative may be internally employed or externally sourced.

For example, a senior manager, or human resources professional may be used in a disciplinary proceeding. Or a professional mediator may be employed to negotiate a resolution.

This tab page deals with the organisation's representation as opposed to the Discipline Warnings - Representative form which deals with an employee's representation.
