Cost Type:

Compulsory. A logical group that a Cost falls into. For example, Legal Fees, Disbursements or Travel.

Cost Category:

Compulsory. Another logical group that a Cost can fall into. For example, Advocacy or Lost time.

Cost Centre:

Optional. A broad breakdown of where the Cost is charged to. For example, Head Office - Administration.

Date:

The date the Cost is incurred.

Amount:

Optional. The amount of the Cost.

Outstanding:

Select Yes when the Cost is paid.
