Reports | Report Groups | PGPRSUPA | PGPRSUPA320 - Employee RESC Report

Summary

Report Type: Designer

Run Frequency: As requested by employees and at year-end

Note: You can run this report on closed pays only.

The PGPRSUPA320 - Employee RESC Report provides a breakdown of all employer superannuation contributions. The total "RESC" values can be used to balance payslips and payment summaries.

Contents

The report displays a RESC Total line containing the following information for every employee with a superannuation contribution in the reporting period:

  • Employee Code
  • Employee Last Name/First Name
  • Total RESC.

In report settings, the Sorting tab settings determine how data will be displayed (see Topic 25134 in the Standard Reports Catalogue). If Show Detail Band is selected, then the report displays the following details for employer superannuation contributions made to each employee during the reporting period:

  • Transaction Date
  • Superfund Code
  • Transaction Code
  • Contribution (Total Amount of the transaction inclusive of RESC)
  • RESC (Just the RESC amount from the transaction)
  • Employer %
  • Employer $
  • Employer RESC %
  • Employer RESC $
  • Salary Sacrifice Allowance %
  • Salary Sacrifice Allowance $
  • Salary Sacrifice Deduction %
  • Salary Sacrifice Deduction $.

Note: The Employer % and Salary Sacrifice Deduction $ fields show only the RESC amount from the transaction, not the full transaction total. In some case the RESC amount will equal the Contribution amount.

Imported RESC Amounts

If you imported RESC amounts from an external source, then these transactions are included in the report only if the transaction was correctly linked to an Employee Super Fund record.

Important: If you import RESC amounts that are not linked to an Employee Super Fund record (transaction has no EmplSuperFundID value), then it will not be included in PGPRSUPA320. In this situation, we recommend that you use the PGPRSUPA321 – RESC Summary Report.
