Summary

After you edit the designer report definition and specify its report settings (see Step 1: Edit Designer Report Definition), you need to test it.

Use queries to run the report on a small set of data to minimise processing time. You may have to run the report and adjust the report definition several times before you achieve the required output.

When you run the report, PayGlobal will create an entry in your Inbox. Open the report to check it:

• If the output file is incorrect, then edit the report definition and run the report again.
• If the output file is correct, then click Send and Receive to send the report to the Filename that you specified on the File options tab.
