Use this Action Clause to automate the task of purging closed pay sequences. |
Procedure |
When you insert this action clause, PayGlobal displays a Purge closed pay form. You need to complete the Purge to field to define the pay sequences that you want to purge. |

Purge to:Enter the number of days offset from today. You can enter only negative values and the minimum value is -31 days. This limit prevents you from accidentally purging pays that you still require for reporting purposes. PayGlobal will purge all closed pay sequences in the Purge to offset range. |
