Summary

The Purge closed actuals clause to allows you to automate the process of Purging closed actual pays.

When you run this clause, PayGlobal purges Actual pays where the Period end date is older than or equal to "Purged to" value.

Procedure

When you insert this action clause, PayGlobal displays a Purge closed actuals set up form.

This form contains a Details tab allowing you to specify the criteria for running this rule.

Default value is "-31".

Leave as default or change to a value representing the newest pay period the want purged.

Recommended usage

It is recommended to run this clause as part of the Schedule rule you use for opening a new Actual Pay.
