Summary

Use this Action Clause to automate the task of running reports.

Procedure

When you insert this action clause, PayGlobal displays a Process report group form.

Fields

Report Group:

Select the report group that contains the reports you want to run.

From:

To:

These fields use today's date as 0. If you wanted to create a date range for the previous 15 days, and you scheduled the report to run at 11.45pm, then you would use From = -14 and To = 0.

Pay Period:

If you want to run the report for a specific type of pay period, then select a Periods record, such as M - Monthly or W - Weekly.

If Pay Period = [Blank] and Use Pay Sequence List = "No", then the report will use all pay sequences with an end date in the range defined by the From and To fields.

Use Pay Sequence List:

If you want the report to use specific pay sequences, then set this field to "Yes" and select the pays in the Pay Sequences field.

If you want to use the date range defined by the From and To fields, then set this field to "No".

Pay Sequences:

If Use Pay Sequences List = "Yes", then select the pays that you want to run the report on.
