Summary

The Dispute Status entity is a list of possible status criteria that describes the progress of a Dispute until resolution.

Note: These codes are used in the Dispute status pick list on the Disputes - Details tab page.

• Resolved

Procedure

To add a Dispute Status record, switch to Edit mode and press Insert.

Dispute Statuses are simple code and description records.
