Summary

Dispute Actions are the steps taken during the progress of a Dispute until resolution.

Note: These codes are used in the Dispute action pick list on the Action Taken - Details tab page.

  • Compensation offered to an employee.
  • The legal steps completed.
  • Progress of mediation discussions.

Procedure

To add a Dispute Action record, switch to Edit mode and press Insert.

Dispute Actions are simple code and description records.
