Summary

If the employee's leave credits have Payout on termination = "Yes" and Payout Method = "ETP", then PayGlobal automatically copies them into the Employee Termination when you save the record.

Fields

Leave Credit:

Leave Credits record used to accumulate values for the employee.

Start date:
End date:

Start and end dates of the leave credit.

Balance:

Employee's leave credit balance.

Allowances:

Balance of all allowance quantities that have contributed towards this leave credit.

Outstanding rate:

This rate is derived from a rollover rule or the rule/rate in the employee's Leave Credit Table.

Liability:

Read-only. Total monetary amount that the company will pay out to the employee for their leave credits.

Allowance:

Allowance used to pay out leave credits on termination. You can select only allowances that have Paying = "Yes", Type = "V. Leave Credit Paid", and the same Leave Credit to pay code as the Leave Credit.
