Summary

The Details tab defines how a leave credit table rolls over.

Fields

Days in this LC cycle: Usually this field is blank. If you type a value in this field, then this leave credit table will roll over to another leave credit table at the end of the specified period.

Align to company anniversary: Select "Yes" to:

• Align the table with the company anniversary.
• Enable the Anniversary day and Anniversary month fields.

Anniversary day and Anniversary month: Enabled when Align to company anniversary = "Yes". You can add an alternative anniversary day and month that will override the date specified in Company Settings - Misc.

Next table on cycle end (optional): If you leave this field blank, then the table will roll on to itself at the end of the leave credit cycle. If you select a leave credit table code in this field, then PayGlobal will roll attached employees onto this table at the end of the leave credit cycle.

Note: The length of the leave credit cycle is determined by the Days in this LC cycle value.
