Summary

The permissions are configured separately for each internal company. They control access within the StpManagerTool for finalisation and pay events.

Can finalise

You can select whether or not a user can finalise for each internal company.

• Yes

  Users can create and view finalisation events.

• No

  Users can not create or view finalisation events.

NOTE : Since finalisation applies to every internal company that has the same payer (ABN/Branch number) as the selected internal company, setting Can finalise this to "Yes/No" will grant/deny permission to all related internal companies.

Access level

You can select whether or not a user can access the pay events for each internal company.

• None

  Users cannot access pay events for the internal company.

   

• Restricted

  Users can access pay events provided they also have access to the pay period i.e. their security query allows them to see the pay period concerned.

   

• Unrestricted

  Users can access pay events for the internal company.

  NOTE : For pay events for the main company the access level defaults to Unrestricted.
