|
Existing Employee Definition of Week Records |
If the file contains Work Profiles for employees who already have an existing definition of week the existing definition of week will be ended and a new definition created. The import process will calculate the Total Hours and Total Days (based on those days with non zero values) when creating the new Employee Definition of Week. Note: If an employee who is workforce management enabled has Work Profiles within the import file, these work profiles will not be imported. The work profile is sourced from workforce management.
Important: PayGlobal uses the Employee Work Profile for liability and annualised salary calculations. Using this import process will recalculate the employee's annual leave allocations (if necessary) but does not automatically trigger a recalculation of any liability or annualise salary details within PayGlobal and these will need to be triggered manually. |
